As a key member of the Top Aces team, the Aircraft Maintenance Engineer reports directly to the Base Lead or Deployment Lead, responsible for maintaining a valid TCCA AME M2 license.
Your role encompasses a range of important tasks from reviewing technical logs to overseeing maintenance operations and inspections. This position requires problem-solving abilities and collaboration in support of military readiness training. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain TCCA AME M2 license validity
- Review technical logs and associated documents
- Assign maintenance tasks to trained personnel
- Perform inspections and functional tests
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations
Requirements:
- Valid TCCA AME M2 license required
- 2 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
