As an Assistant Business Manager , you will play a key role in supporting the Business Manager to drive commercial success, lead the team, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Acting as a role model in-store, you will combine strong sales performance with coaching, operational excellence, and a passion for the ELEMIS brand. Support business performance Partner with the Business Manager to drive sales, treatments, and overall store performance Support the delivery of KPIs including sales targets, ATV, and client retention Analyse performance trends and contribute ideas to maximise opportunities for growth Lead by example through strong personal sales and client engagement Carry out regular in-store coaching to elevate selling skills and product knowledge Help foster a positive, inclusive,
