The Assistant

Manager ensures the smooth running of the day‑to‑day operations for the restaurant and special events, including banquets. Supervise staff and ensure that customer expectations are exceeded at all times Keep the food and beverage areas clean and maintain exemplary food hygiene practices Assist with recruitment, training, and management of staff Assist with inventory management; Able to address customer complaints or issues, and resolve matters as expediently as possible Oversee food storage and dining areas, ensuring that the facility remains in compliance with safety regulation and health codes Assist with cocktail creation and menu development. Daily billing and financial responsibilities to be completed accurately and efficiently Assist with scheduling & payroll A leader in daily communication on guest feedback, employee performance and notes from the days shift Flexible to work various shifts (early mornings, late evenings, weekends, split shifts)



~ Basic computer skills ~ Strong proven leadership qualities and management skills ~ Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline is a strong asset ~2 years' in a hotel or restaurant industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory position ~ O.S. system is an asset ~ We’re more than a hospitality and attractions company.
