You are a true hospitality professional at heart with a strong background in venue operations and know how to throw a party! You are passionate about creating positive shareable experiences for guests and team members alike and thrive working late nights and weekends.

The AGM will be responsible for creating positive shareable experiences for guests at Dublin Calling Danforth (Toronto), and driving business through community outreach. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business. Host and execute events and parties, ensuring a vibrant,



high-energy environment and positive, shareable experiences for guests.

Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill service expectations for special events, including managing food service, staffing levels, and room set-up. Operations & Financial Management Oversee and strategize ways to improve financial performance while strictly adhering to brand standards. Maintain adaptable availability to work weekends, holidays, late nights, and early morning shifts as required by venue operations.

Take ownership of staff training and development to ensure continuous growth and alignment with brand standards.

Valid Smart Serve

Certificate required. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Hospitality/Food and Beverage industry, with an element of team leadership. A proven track record of hiring, training and developing engaging team members.

Experience using POS and hospitality software systems - Square & OpenTable experience are an asset (training provided). Flexible evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
