About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Product Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Product Operations function, with a focus on establishing, evolving, and scaling processes, governance frameworks, and operating rhythms to ensure effective execution across the product and engineering organization. This role requires close partnership with leaders in product, engineering, finance, strategy, and other key functions to enhance portfolio visibility, planning effectiveness,
and organizational alignment. The VP will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement and disciplined execution of strategic priorities, and will be expected to lead annual, quarterly, and ongoing product portfolio planning processes.
Candidates for the VP, Product Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree considered an asset. A minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in product operations, portfolio management, or a related business operations function within a complex technology organization is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading planning, governance, and operational processes, as well as the ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across various business functions. Robust analytical, strategic, and operational leadership skills are essential, as is experience in a SaaS, healthcare technology, or other technology-driven environment. The role also involves leading and developing teams, so experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness is important.
