With the nearest referral centre approximately five hours away, veterinarians in the region have the chance to practice a broader scope of medicine and surgery than many urban general practices. Supported by experienced colleagues and a cooperative network of area clinics, you'll develop valuable skills managing urgent and emergency cases while making a real difference for pets and families who rely on local veterinary care.
