Auto Parts Store Experienced Counterperson Full Time Employee Brampton, ON, CA Position Title: Auto Parts Store Experienced Counterperson Type of Employment: Full-time permanent Wage range of $22.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience, plus comprehensive group benefits Monday to Friday ~ Alternating Saturdays A dedicated individual looking for long-term employment with opportunity for growth and is committed to working reliably for 40 – 44 hours/week A team player with a robust work ethic, positive attitude and customer-focused mindset An individual with a passion for customer service, and knowledge of the automotive aftermarket parts, cataloguing systems and/or sales/repair/service experience Canusa/APC fosters long-lasting relationships with our customers. The primary objective of this role is to provide professional customer service and process orders using knowledge, company systems and parts catalogues. The individual will also pick, ship, receive, stock and organize automotive parts and effectively deliver automotive parts to customers.
Effective use of company resources and tools is an integral part of this role, as well as meeting and setting customer service goals.

Provide quality customer service and assist with customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone using automotive knowledge, the company database,
