Toyota is currently seeking a BDC Service Representative to join their dynamic team in St. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving customers in a courteous, professional manner and delivering the personalized service that exemplifies our dealerships. Schedule service and maintenance retention appointments.

Answer inbound calls and respond to all customer inquiries and all web leads promptly and effectively. liaison with Service, Parts and Sales Department staff. Correspond with clients and prospective clients by utilizing established dealership templates to communicate with customers by email and telephone. Update information regarding all scheduled and confirmed appointments with the customers.

Accomplish all daily, weekly, and monthly goals as established by the Service Manager. Streamline the CRM with information regarding all verbal communication with customers. Study products and services to continually enhance ability to assist customers.

Comply with any customer handling and marketing functions.



Communicate with the Service Manager about any potential customers issues or problems. Perform all outbound campaigns as periodically assigned by the Service Manager.

Perform service administrative duties as requested by the Service Manager. Process and submit warranty claims in a timely manner High School Diploma or GED is required. ~1-2 years of dealership experience is an asset. ~ Excellent customer service skills with enthusiastic and friendly demeanor. ~ Highly adaptable, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment. ~ Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. ~ Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule. Job Type: Full-time - Permanent Compensation (expected annual compensation): $40,000 - $50,000 per year (base salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses). This range includes a fixed base salary and eligibility for monthly bonuses tied to individual results and/or department performance, which may be influenced by business volumes. Actual bonus earnings vary based on performance.
