Turn governed data into trusted analytics, dashboards, and self-service reporting for the business. Build and maintain semantic/reporting layers, curated data marts, and reusable metric definitions. ~ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in the organization's BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Sigma). ~ Partner with business analysts and domain SMEs to translate requirements into consistent, well-defined metrics. ~ Establish a single source of truth for business definitions and enforce data-quality standards in reporting. ~ Enable self-service by building certified datasets, documentation, and light-touch training for business users. ~ Monitor dashboard performance and usage, retiring stale content and optimizing high-traffic reports. ~3+ years in BI/analytics engineering ~ Solid SQL and data-visualization skills ~ Hands-on experience with a major BI platform and dimensional modelling ~ SQL, data visualization, semantic/metric modelling, BI platform expertise, requirements gathering, data storytelling.
