Job Role: Technical Program Manager / Technical Program Lead (Banking and Cash Management exp)

Location : Downtown, Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Position Type : Contract Role

Contract: Multi-year contract with duration till December 2026 with extension every 6 months

Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 80-85/Hr (Depending upon the experience)

Must Have:

- 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology programs.
- 5+ years of experience managing cash management, complex financial services, banking, fintech, or payments initiatives.
- Managed API, data, cloud , and operational integration workstreams.
- Experience leading enterprise integration, platform modernization, or acquisition integration programs.
- Experience with cash management, digital assets and stablecoin.




- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications.
- Prior experience with:
- Banking products
- Deposits and treasury management
- Payment networks
- Digital assets
- Financial institution integrations
- Experience working with up-to-date banking cores.
