In this full time role based out of Montreal, you will support the deployment and adoption of PBS v10 Apex, emphasizing Fixed Operations.
Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in a dealership, strong communication skills, and the ability to enhance user engagement and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual training sessions on PBS v10 Apex software
- Support customers in integrating software into daily tasks
- Drive software adoption through best practices reinforcement
- Follow up post-training to ensure long-term success
- Identify and bridge gaps in customer understanding
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and French, speaking and writing
- 1-2 years' experience in Fixed Operations at a dealership
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and multi-tasking skills
