The Brewer is a key member of Production who will work with the support of a collaborative brewing team to produce world class beer.

Brew high quality beer while operating brewing, filtration and cleaning equipment and/or tasks in the brewery; Maintain work area to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)



cleaning standard, while striving to improve environmental metrics and plant organization Some analysis of this data as requested Perform quality control and quality assurance testing on raw materials and beer through routine specification checks and taste panels A passion for beer with a minimum 2 years of previous experience in beer production Able to work shift work, including a flexible schedule to support production needs, occasional weekends.
