We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team in a leadership role supporting our breeder farm operations. As a Lead Hand, you will play a key role in overseeing daily farm activities, ensuring animal care standards are met, and supporting team performance. This position provides operational leadership throughout the work week and assumes additional responsibilities during the absence of the Farm Supervisor(s).

Collect, clean, and sort eggs according to quality standards Perform routine cleaning and sanitation across breeder farm Monitor and manage bird feeding schedules,



ensuring proper nutrition and feed inventory control Maintain detailed logs of quality checks and production outputs Weekend on call managing farm operations and staff Providing day-to-day direction of employees Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and biosecurity protocols Ensure compliance with animal health and welfare protocols SAP Data Entry Training as required 23.33 - $24.33 per hour (based on progression) ~ Must understand and follow all Animal Welfare/CHEQ/Biosecurity procedures Egg gathering experience an asset Mechanical ability an asset Willing and able to work statutory holidays and 2 of 4 weekends Supervisory experience an asset Poultry background an asset We champion diversity and inclusion as part of our purpose and vision, living our Leadership Values and driving results.
