As a seasoned maintenance technician, you will oversee HVAC and plumbing systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage contractors on site. - Analyze process water and HVAC system performance
- Conduct water treatment and consult with suppliers
- Oversee mechanical equipment maintenance and repairs




- Diagnose issues through trouble calls and develop solutions
- Perform regular inspections and organize reports for management Requirements:
- Valid 5th Class Power Engineer certification
- Robust knowledge of HVAC and building maintenance systems
- Excellent communication skills for team coordination
- Familiarity with electrical control systems and safety regulations
