BitReports turns messy crypto transaction data into clear, ready-to-file tax reports, and provides insights into high-performing stock portfolios. We're opening multiple remote contractor positions for people who want to get in early and shape how we sell.
WHAT YOU'D EARN
? 40% commission on every sale. Uncapped.
? Milestone bonuses at 10 ($100), 100 ($500), and 1,000 ($1,000) referred paid customers.
? Paid semi-monthly, on the 15th and the last day.
? You define your own hours. Remote, your methods, your schedule.
? Room to grow: as we build out a full-time sales team, our contractors are the first people we'll look to for salaried roles.
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING
- Finding and contacting people who'd benefit from crypto tax reporting or stock portfolio analysis
- Explaining what BitReports does — accurately, without overselling
- Driving referrals to a paid subscription through your own link
- Working within our brand, privacy, and anti-spam requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in sales, business development, affiliate marketing, or customer acquisition
- Clear, straightforward communication — people come to us in the middle of a messy tax or portfolio problem, and plain answers land better than a pitch
- Genuinely self-directed: nobody here will be assigning you a call list
- An existing audience or network in personal finance, crypto, tax, accounting,
or investing is a real advantage
- Willingness to work within anti-spam and privacy rules (CASL, PIPEDA) — we do not permit purchased lists or unsolicited bulk email
Helpful but not required: familiarity with crypto tax reporting, portfolio analysis, or working with accountants and bookkeepers.
We welcome applicants of any background and do not require Canadian work experience.
SIGNIFICANT TERMS
This is an independent contractor engagement, not employment. You run your own business: your own taxes, insurance, equipment, expenses, and schedule, and you're free to work with other clients at the same time. There's no base salary, hourly wage, benefits, or guaranteed minimum, and you wouldn't be covered by WSIB through BitReports. What you earn tracks directly to what you sell — which is why the upside is uncapped.
Our products are reporting and analysis tools. You wouldn't be giving tax, investment, or financial advice on our behalf, or guaranteeing returns or tax outcomes.
