Collaborate closely with teams across EA Ventures and the business development organization, aligning objectives and leveraging existing partnerships for innovation and growth. The position requires strong cross-functional leadership and commercial acumen to support scalable, fan-centric experiences for EA SPORTS. Partner with EA Ventures on the Beyond Game strategy

- Manage partnerships from identification through governance
- Collaborate with franchise development and legal teams 7-10 years in Business Development or Strategic Partnerships
