Peel Region is seeking two regular part time Dietary Aides to enhance our residents' quality of life. This role demands a Food Service Worker Certificate, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to complete Food Safety Certification. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain cleanliness and ensure our dining services meet high standards of care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare meals according to dietary needs and schedules • Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dining,
and serving areas • Portion and serve meals in dining rooms • Assist residents during mealtimes as needed • Uphold the standards of food safety and sanitation
Requirements: • High School diploma required • Valid Food Service Worker Certificate or equivalent • Willingness to complete Food Safety Certification • Preferred experience in an institutional food service setting • Effective communication skills in English
