Key Responsibilities:



• Advocate for individual rights and choices • Engage positively with supported individuals • Facilitate participation in community activities • Build relationships with families and professionals • Maintain documentation of health information

Requirements: • Grade 12 education and Community Support Worker Diploma • 2 years experience in community social services • Emergency First Aid/CPR and Food Secure certification • Valid BC Class 4 or 5 Driver’s License • Criminal record clearance for vulnerability protection
