Client Care Coordinator Radiation Oncology Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour Position Type: Full-time Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital is welcoming a Radiation Oncology Coordinator to join our Radiation Oncology team. This role serves as a vital liaison between clients, the Radiation Oncology team, referring veterinarians, and other departments within Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital, ensuring clear, compassionate, and high-quality communication throughout the patient care journey. Manage new referrals, ensuring all pertinent information, medical records, etc has been received prior to consultations Ensure clients are prepared with "what to expect" during their pet's care with us and respond to questions as needed Manage client correspondence, referring veterinarians & internal office messages; Invoicing/billing; Willingness to learn more regarding veterinary services, updated medical office procedures and assisting the Veterinary staff with various tasks Previous experience working in a Veterinary Hospital is an asset!
