Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals. The role acts as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is absent. You will lead operations, merchandising, stock daily shipments, train staff, manage cash, open/close duties, assign tasks, ensure safety and cleanliness, and conduct performance evaluations.
