As an Experienced Service Advisor, you will have the important role of Customer Service and helping with automotive challenges while fostering a culture of cooperation and efficiency with the potential to move into a management role.

Ascertain auto services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; conducting inspections; taking test drives; examining service schedules Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles entering RO into service database system Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; arranging towing and temporary transportation Auto Experience, expertise and performance Excellent customer service skills Minimum 1 - 2 years in a customer service role Able to work flexible hours within our business hours including Saturdays 20+ State-of-the-art facilities including a "google like" call centre and an 80,000 sq ft.
