This is a replacement vacancy. In this role, as a Clinic Nurse you will have scheduled appointments to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.

This is a temporary 1-yr Maternity Leave contract. Shifts are from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and alternating weekends at our Cambridge clinic. Supportive team of peer nurses and supervisors Opportunity to develop long term therapeutic relationships with patients Best in class training and development programs, including a comprehensive clinical orientation and hands‑on skills labs Comprehensive health and dental benefit plans Using appropriate assessment tools/techniques to assess patients’ individualized needs Executing and continuously monitoring care plans Engaging patients using a collaborative approach by building rapport and trust Registrationwith the CNO as a Registered Nurse in valuable standing Experience in delivering community care is an asset Willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated area Passion for making a difference in your community Required on‑call coverage, including after hours to ensure patient safety and to meet patient care needs By focusing our energy on enriching the lives of our residents every day, we transform both the quality of their lives and the quality of our own work experiences.
