ParaMed is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee PSWs/HSWs in community settings, ensuring safe, ethical, and high-quality care. The role requires RN or RPN registration and 2–5 years of nursing leadership experience, with robust clinical documentation and problem-solving skills.

You will lead huddles, conduct regular one-on-ones, and drive patient safety investigations while collaborating with nursing staff on funder reporting requirements and care planning.
