The Assistant Store Leader will focus on assisting the Store Leader with training, coaching, and maintaining a positive work environment. This position allows you to influence store operations and develop talent while achieving competitive pay and comprehensive health coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee customer service training and team coaching
• Maintain high retention through effective leadership
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs
• Handle cash transactions and promote loyalty initiatives
• Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with safety standards
Requirements:
• Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
