Weatherproofing Technologies Canada (WTC), Tremco’s service division, is currently seeking experienced Commercial Roofing Technicians to support projects in Edmonton region.

Roofing System Installation

Under the direction of a Foreman, install a variety of low-slope roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, single-ply membranes, coatings, and safety systems. Inspections & Maintenance Conduct routine quality assurance (QA) and maintenance inspections using diagnostic tools and equipment. Safety & Compliance Operate tools and equipment safely, adhering to company policies and provincial safety standards.

Minimum 2+ years of commercial roofing experience , with a focus on flat or low-slope systems (steep-slope experience also considered). Willingness to travel up to 25%-35%within the region and work flexible hours during peak seasons.



Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (truck is an asset).

Hourly rate typically ranges from $29.00 to $44.00 , based on experience, skills, internal equity, and market alignment.
