We are seeking an Accountant with a strong focus on full cycle accounting to join our dynamic team. In this on-site position, you'll work closely with the Financial Controller, taking responsibility for AP activities such as daily credit card transactions and payment reconciliations, charter and private flight billing, and project/job costing.

You will leverage your familiarity with Sage 50 and expertise in accounting fundamentals to meet tight operational and reporting deadlines while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Reporting to the Financial Controller,



the individual will provide support to the accounting team to meet operational and reporting deadlines.

Accounts Payable: Receive and record vendor invoices for the daily credit card transactions Accounts Receivable: Project and Job Costing: Update monthly project costings for flights and other operations.
