The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Application Services to lead its software engineering organization. Applicants for the AVP, Application Services position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree being an asset, and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in software engineering, application development, or technology delivery. The role requires a proven track record in driving application modernization, cloud transformation, and engineering capability improvements, as well as a strong grasp of contemporary engineering practices. Experience in managing large technology organizations, complex vendor ecosystems, and strategic partnerships is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and be bilingual in English and French.
