Key Responsibilities: • Manage railcar movements safely with the Operations crew • Communicate professionally with all stakeholders • Observe and adhere to railroad safety regulations • Engage in coupling and uncoupling rail procedures • Apply hand brakes on idle railcars securely

Requirements: • Completed grade 12 diploma or GED • Previous Conductor experience required • Clean Class 5 BC driver’s license mandatory • Must be in good physical condition • Solid commitment to safety and teamwork
