Wesbell is seeking a dedicated Foundation Foreman to manage construction activities for concrete foundations and related access features. This full time role requires expertise in excavating, compacting, and concrete finishing. You will ensure safe operation of construction equipment while leading a team in building access roads and installing fencing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use blueprints to layout foundation locations
• Operate excavators, packers, and bulldozers safely
• Compact backfilling materials efficiently
• Finish concrete with attention to detail
• Oversee installation of fences and entry gates
Requirements:
• High school diploma preferred
• 2 years of relevant experience
• First Aid/CPR and Ladder Safety Training
• Knowledge of telecom tower foundations an asset
• Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
