We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Estimator/Project Coordinator.The hired candidate will work as a mechanical systems estimator to bid on projects for commercial plumbing and heating systems across central and northern British Columbia.They will also support the team in the areas of project takeoffs, tracking, change orders, and other project based duties as required.The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership abilities and a solid understanding of mechanical & plumbing systems, ensuring that quotes and bids are creating a consistent pipeline of upcoming work. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to quality management.The person who fits best will work well in a privately owned smaller company with opportunity to grow.DutiesForecasting costs in relation to mechanical, plumbing systems per project.Collaborate to develop project specifications and requirements.Manage requirements through effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.Producing and managing quotes and bids in progress,
