Coordinate, assign and supervise farm workers Assist with growing and other crop related operations Train farm workers Ensure farm safety/food safety procedures are followed Maintain quality control and production records May perform general farm duties Assist with and operate general farm equipment and maintenance ofequipment and toolsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities: College or diploma program or equivalent 2 years' experience in a greenhouse environmentPhysical Abilities: Able to lift heavy material (up to 23 kg/50lbs)
