Product Coordinator, T-Link to join our head office located in

Vernon, British Columbia . Our head office houses Tolko’s corporate services groups including Sales, Marketing & Logistics, Finance, Accounting & Credit, IT, Procurement and Human Resources. Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

Some

post-secondary education

in business, forestry, manufacturing or equivalent experience.

Strong

written

and

verbal communication

skills.

Experience providing positive

customer experience , with proven

relationship

and

conflict management

skills.

Proven

problem-solving

and

critical thinking skills , with the ability to provide multiple solutions to a given challenge.

High level of ability in

Outlook

(email management) and

Excel

(formulas, pivot tables, lookups).

Strong understanding of

general accounting principles .

Working knowledge of up and down stream supply chain structure.

Experience in forestry or wood products is an asset.

Strong

attention to detail

and ability to notice discrepancies in data.

Experience in

Dynamics365

is an asset.

Works collaboratively with other team members.

In this role, you will:

Gather, analyze , and

communicate

product supply information to manage working capital and on-time shipment.

Manage

receiving and shipping

into our T-Link network.

Balance and reconcile inventory

at Origin reloads and T-Link locations.

Process all shipping and receiving for

reman and external purchases .

Address and recommend actionable changes

for product damages, aged inventory or claims for shipments originating from the T-Link location.

Working with Mill Coordinators and Sales,

maintain appropriate inbound order file

from the mills and origin reloads, adjusting as needed.

Use

problem-solving skills to suggest changes to individual orders when Inventory does not meet order file.

Focus on

identifying and implementing process enhancements

to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Liaisewith sales and reloads closely on customer requirements.
