Accurately complete and file documents to ensure smooth operations of the service center and maintain a high degree of customer support through courteous and prompt service. Answer phones and greet walk-in customers with positive and supportive energy.

Keep accurate business files for customer and vendor accounts. Data entry for operations. Such as employee time entry, payable entries, customer information, etc. Maintain current documentation to support programs such as CIPS, COR, CSA and other programs.

Maintain accurate training documentation for all service center staff. Assist with invoicing customers. Assist with shipping arrangements for customers. Assist with invoicing and AR follow up if issues arise with customers.

Have relevant experience, ideally in administration role or customer service.

Previous

Industrial environment experience a plus. Effective computer skills.
