We are a busy landscape and construction supply yard specializing in bricks, slabs, pavers, natural stone, and bulk materials. We are seeking motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team.This is a hands-on position with training provided as well as opportunities for growth and to learn multiple roles.We are looking for seasonal, part time/full-time work based on abilities and competencies of candidate. Becoming proficient in multiple job positions will increase wage package.This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting essential office, yard, and delivery operations. Candidates should be prepared for some physically demanding work when required; and committed to maintaining a protected and efficient workplace.

Office (main) Responsibilities

- Process customer transactions at the till
- Take customers delivery orders via phone, online, and in person
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and delivery paperwork
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Coordinate order details and communicate effectively between yard and office
- Tare in and weigh out all trucks and vehicles on the scale.
- Create digitalized documents through use of Microsoft and other software
- Assist with order entry, documentation, and general administrative tasks
- Perform routine cleaning duties to maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Handle customer, financial,



and internal company information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality in all office operations.
- Switching between supply and scale office to work when needed
- Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned based on perception and retention.

Yard (additional) Responsibilities

- Direct traffic in yard
- Assist customers/staff with palletized/bulk products
- Use forklifts/ loaders (when required) for yard support
- Perform general yard work such as preparing orders, assist with incoming and outgoing shipments, cleanup and housekeeping; and general other yard work as needed
- Perform daily vehicle walk-around inspections (when required)
- Perform heavy lifting for order fulfillment and stock movement
