Permanent Full Time We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Disability Claims Administrator to join our Regina, SK or Langley, BC office. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely while requiring in-office presence two days per week to collaborate with colleagues and support our clients effectively. For new claims, complete the financial information including the initial benefit calculation, the DLR and waiver reserve set up Calculate and issue short-term and long-term disability benefit payments Explain benefit calculations and payments, including tax issues to customers over the phone or in writing For maintenance of long-term disability claims, request and assess medical updates, verify other income calculations, and follow ups as required Other administrative and financial duties in support of claims teams as required Handling data verification and exception reports to resolve system discrepancies Team player with demonstrated customer service skills Proficient in using Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel) and possess the aptitude for learning additional industry-related software Ability to remain flexible, work as part of a team as well as independently Reliability Status Security Clearance – this can only be completed with candidates who receive an offer of employment.
