A division of Pattison Food Group Ltd., Save-On-Foods is B.We are hiring a Department Manager, Produce at our Save-On-Foods location in Port Hardy, BC.This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, and the successful applicant must have open availability.Leading the department, acting as a coach, mentor, and resource while fostering a positive team environment focused on Always Customer First service.Delivering operational excellence through customer experience, health and safety, food safety, and merchandising.Engaging and retaining team members through training, performance management, rewards/recognition, and succession planning.Reviewing and analyzing financial reports, identifying opportunities to improve performance,
