Encore seeks a Lead Technical Supervisor who will manage a technical team, lead staff development, and oversee audiovisual equipment. Ensure customer needs are met by maintaining high service standards and facilitating smooth event operations. This is a key leadership role reporting to the Director of Event Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain audiovisual equipment efficiently
• Troubleshoot technical issues promptly as they occur
• Provide excellent customer service throughout events




• Train and mentor technicians on service expectations
• Direct daily workflow and manage floor activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years in hospitality or customer service
• 3-5 years of audiovisual experience required
• Knowledge of technical theory and advanced problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license for company vehicle operation
