BlackboxMyCar in Richmond, BC is seeking a Customer Support & Operations Representative to join our team. This hands‑on role blends phone, email, text, live chat, and in‑person service with returns/RMA processing and light warehouse tasks.
You’ll be the first contact for customers, answering questions about products, orders, shipping, warranties and returns. You’ll also maintain accurate notes in our CRM and coordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations to resolve requests.
