As an HR Generalist at 3Pillar, you'll facilitate onboarding, mentoring, and growth initiatives for employees across Canada and the US. Your role involves daily HR guidance, benefits management, and collaboration with Finance and Payroll teams to ensure seamless operations. You'll also manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior positions while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
