As a member of the Global Transaction Banking team, you will report directly to the Director of Business Intelligence and Insights. This technical role demands expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Azure Databricks, and data practices while requiring strong analytical skills and leadership abilities. You’ll oversee payments insights, scorecards, reporting, and data modeling across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead BI and analytics workstreams with technology teams
• Develop end-to-end reporting for GTB payments operations
• Partner with cross-business teams for requirements gathering




• Build data pipelines for sustainable reporting
• Improve efficiency through solid analytics and insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; MBA is a plus
• Minimum 7 years in intelligence or analytics roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data mining
• Understanding of Canadian banking and payments sectors
