The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to business development, with solid experience in prospecting within the automotive industry or related services.The ABDM reports to the Director of Sales and Business Development and will be part of a collaborative and innovative team.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will serve as both a business developer and an account manager. Specifically, you will open new accounts with automotive dealers in your territory and then transform these accounts into lasting, high-performing partnerships.Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute your prospecting strategy (phone, email, social media, in-person visits)Identify dealers' needs and build service agreements tailored to their specific circumstancesNegotiate, handle objections,
and close deals with the assistance of the sales directorMeet and exceed your monthly prospecting and sales goalsRepresent Track at industry eventsManage and grow existing accountsMake regular visits to your clients and maintain strong business relationshipsPresent new products and services, and periodically review the needs and potential of each accountMonitor and manage your merchants' performanceHandle account follow-ups and collectionsCollaborate with our claims and customer service teams to quickly resolve issuesTraining and SupportTrain your clients' teams (sales, F&I, administration) on our products and platformProvide ongoing support and professional advice that position you as a partner, not just a vendorAdministrative rigor and monitoringKeep your CRM up to date dailyPlan your schedule and travel independently and efficientlyParticipate in team and one-on-one meetingsConduct market and competitive intelligence in your territoryThe Profile We're Looking ForEssential3 to 5 years of experience in a car dealership or in the recreational vehicle industryExperience in outside sales or business developmentProven ability to open new accounts—you enjoy prospecting and aren't afraid of itIndependence, discipline,
