As an Aquatics Lifeguard at Life Time, your primary responsibility is to ensure member safety while providing excellent customer service. You will oversee both indoor and outdoor pools and ensure safety on water slides. Additionally, you will assist with aquatic events like 'Dive in Movies' and 'Poolapalooza', contributing to a positive member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and interact with club members
• Rescue swimmers in potential danger and provide first aid
• Monitor swim areas for hazards and safety
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the pool area
• Assist in organizing aquatics events
Requirements:
• Pursuing High School Diploma or GED
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, First Aid certified
• Robust swimming capability: 300 yards without stopping
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests
• Comfortable lifting over 20 lbs routinely
