About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy to play a pivotal role in the organization. This senior leadership position is dedicated to serving as a trusted partner and strategic advisor to the President and CEO, with a focus on translating the CEO's vision into action and enhancing governance, alignment, and coordination across the enterprise. The successful candidate will lead the Office of the CEO, driving the development, execution, and refinement of corporate strategic and business plans, and overseeing the agency's strategic communications. Additionally, the role involves managing the organization's non-Board corporate governance framework and critical enabling functions, including government relations,



to support the company's priorities and long-term success.

Applicants for this role at the company should hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and have a strong background in strategic planning, business planning, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate will possess a robust strategic communications background, highly developed leadership and relationship management skills, and a high degree of political acuity. Experience in the gaming industry, particularly in casino gambling and sports wagering, is considered an asset.
