This full-time seasonal role, reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, is ideal for candidates with previous restaurant experience. As a Dishwasher, you will handle dish cleaning, storage, and basic food preparation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your contribution is vital to promoting a secure and healthy workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize utensils, plate-ware, and equipment
• Maintain and operate the dish machine each shift
• Keep the kitchen clean by sweeping and mopping




• Assist with assigned food prep tasks as needed
• Follow all health regulations and control waste
Requirements:
• Food Safe Certification and WHMIS needed
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for long hours
• Strong communication skills in team settings
• Must be punctual and follow grooming standards
