Big League Food Company’s Dear Grain Hamilton unit is seeking an Experienced Baker - Sourdough to join our production team. You will work on high-volume artisanal sourdough bread, ensuring quality and consistency from mixing to baking.

We require at least 1 year of skilled bread-baking experience, preferably in sourdough, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work early shifts (6:00 AM start). Full-time 30–40 hours/week with weekend days.
