FortisBC is looking for a full-time C&EM; Program Specialist to contribute to sustainability efforts. You will manage the lifecycle of conservation programs targeting various customer segments. This role requires robust program management skills, business acumen, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders to deliver effective energy-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee program operations and compliance requirements • Identify innovation opportunities to maximize energy savings • Develop program frameworks and implementation plans • Lead peak and capacity mitigation initiatives • Manage budgets and performance metrics for resources

Requirements: • Diploma in business or related field with 3 years’ experience • Project Management Qualified or Certified Energy Manager preferred • Experience in delivering DSM programs in a regulated utility • Proven skills in multi-stakeholder project delivery • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
