We are looking for a full‑time Embroidery Operator at our Cambridge, Ontario Distribution Center. Operate an industrial embroidery machine to embroider designs on various materials such as hats, shirts, bags, and more. Know how to thread machine, change needles, and adjust machine settings to optimize embroidery quality and speed.

Load and unload materials onto the embroidery machines. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and speed. Use and understand basic measurements Understand and follow security protocols, and apply safety standards, policies, and procedures, as well as operating procedures.

Maintain a clean,



orderly workspace and organize and maintain inventory of embroidery supplies.

Experience with customizing uniforms is an asset. Knowledge of basic computers is a must. Dedicated to completing the task with a high degree of quality and efficiency. Basic computer skills and ability to read and understand digital designs. Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime as needed.
