Receive interactions for emergency assistance from our users utilizing a device provisioned with the service. Interact directly with the user to obtain details of the emergency request before contacting the appropriate “Public Safety Answering Point” (PSAP) directly or through an intermediary. Provide post-dispatch or pre-arrival instructions to the individual in need of assistance, where permitted by law.

Receive training and certification for police, medical, and fire situations. Provide the highest level of service to individuals in an emergency or distressed state. Deliver expert support and customer experience with patience, reassurance and sense of urgency. 18 Years of age or older with a completed High School Diploma or GED required ~ Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English in both written and verbal communication.

Language proficiency/fluency tests will be administered to all successful applicants where C1 proficiency in both languages will be required. ~ Open to flexible scheduling including days, nights, and weekends. (Experience in emergency response and/or high stress emergency communication center environments is preferred. ~ Experience in the following fields is strongly preferred: Emergency, Fire, Police dispatch experience, College 911 Communications/Public Safety Diploma or course completion, Police, Fire, or Paramedic programs, working with a CAD (computer assisted dispatch),
