This full-time, permanent position requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders to implement the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and strengthen risk ownership across the organization. You will be instrumental in cultivating a proactive risk management environment that aligns with Vancity’s commitment to social justice. Support implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework
- Coordinate annual ERMF reviews to meet regulatory standards
- Drive enterprise risk management processes and tools
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement through training and communication
- Prepare enterprise risk reports for management committees Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years in enterprise risk management
