This full-time role focuses on the development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for automotive hinges and mechanisms.

You'll be vital in ensuring quality and efficiency in a high-volume production environment, utilizing skills like DFM/DFA, GD&T;, and problem-solving. Your leadership will support cross-functional initiatives and process innovations. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and retrieve work center performance data
- Order new equipment, coordinating delivery and integration
- Develop internal detailed costed equipment quotes
- Manage vendor RFQs and evaluate responses
- Document process capability and investigate bottlenecks

Requirements:

- University Degree or College Diploma in relevant engineering
- 5+ years of process engineering experience
- Proficient in SolidWorks and GD&T;
- Hands-on familiarity with manufacturing methods
- Robust communication skills in English
